Five details to include in your first inquiry
Clear information helps us assess the product direction, MOQ, sampling method, and quotation basis.
Product and Quantity
Send a product photo, webpage link, product name, or similar reference, together with the estimated quantity. We confirm MOQ for the specific product rather than applying one number across the entire range.
Height and Dimensions
Provide the product height, width, pot or base dimensions, and any site-access limits involving delivery routes, elevators, doorways, or installation space.
Color and Appearance
Describe the required color, leaf or flower appearance, overall density, and style. If approval must follow a physical sample or color reference, tell us before sampling.
Branch, Trunk, Pot, or Base Structure
Explain requirements for branches, trunks, connections, pots, bases, or supports. For large products, confirm sectional construction, packing, and on-site assembly conditions in advance.
Packing and Shipping Marks
Specify individual packing, internal protection, cartons, wooden frames, labels, shipping marks, or branded packaging. Feasibility and MOQ depend on the product and order quantity.
If you need us to assess shipping options, trade terms, or certification requirements, also provide the destination country or region.

Bulk production starts after we receive the deposit. Checks cover raw materials, work in progress, and final spot checks before packing and shipment.

Branches, Trunks, Pots, and Bases
We can discuss branches, trunks, connectors, pots, bases, and support methods. Large products also require structural review based on transport and site conditions.
Packing, Labels, and Shipping Marks
We can discuss internal protection, cartons, wooden frames, product labels, shipping marks, and branded packaging. Feasibility and MOQ are confirmed by product and order.
Lead Times
When does each lead time start?
The start point matters. We confirm the working schedule before sampling or production begins.

These are usual time ranges, not unconditional guarantees for every order. We confirm the schedule against the product and order requirements before work begins.
Sample Policy
How is the sample fee handled?
Sample fees and international express shipping are charged.
Once production orders begin, 1% of each confirmed order value can be credited against the sample fee until the full sample fee has been offset. The full sample fee is not automatically refunded against the first order.

Inspection and handover points follow the confirmed product and order requirements.

Appearance and Structure

We carry out final spot checks and verify packing, labels, and shipping-mark requirements before shipment.
Handover
Freight-Forwarder Coordination
After the balance payment and handover date are confirmed, we arrange shipment. EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP can be discussed subject to the order and destination.

We do not present unconfirmed on-site landscape design, installation work, or third-party logistics as standard services. Certification, testing, trade terms, and shipping methods depend on the product, country, buyer requirements, and order conditions.

Do all your artificial plants have the same MOQ?
No. MOQ depends on the product, dimensions, customization, packing method, and order mix. We do not use one number for every product.
Can I order in-stock and custom products together?
This can be discussed. In-stock and custom products may have different MOQs, payment stages, sample requirements, and lead times. We list these separately in the quotation.
Do you charge for samples and international express shipping?
Yes. Sample fees and international express shipping are charged. The lead time for a custom sample starts after we receive the sample fee.
Can the sample fee be credited against production orders?
Yes. We can credit 1% of each confirmed production order value against the sample fee until it is fully offset. The full sample fee is not automatically refunded against the first order.
How long do in-stock products, custom samples, and bulk production usually take?
In-stock products usually ship within 24-48 hours from receipt of full payment. Custom samples usually take 7-15 days from receipt of the sample fee. Bulk production usually takes 15-45 days from receipt of the deposit. Actual timing depends on the product and order requirements.
Can different products be combined in one order?
Mixed-product orders and mixed loading can be discussed. MOQ, packing, and production time still need to be confirmed for each product category before we determine whether they can be arranged together.
Can you customize packing, labels, and shipping marks?
This can be discussed. Send us the required packing format, labels, shipping marks, or branding. Feasibility and MOQ depend on the product and order quantity.
Can you work with our freight forwarder?
Yes. If you nominate a freight forwarder, we can coordinate the handover details and date. We arrange shipment after receiving the balance payment and confirming the handover date.
