① If you do not have a freight forwarder, please contact our sales staff. We will contact the freight forwarding company to help you check the shipping cost. (You can choose sea freight, air freight, door-to-door or door-to-port express delivery)
② If you have your own freight forwarder, please contact our sales staff and tell us the contact information. We will contact them when the product is finished.

Our samples are sent by express, FEDEX or DHL’s official channels by default. Therefore, the safe and fast delivery of samples can be ensured.
Samples are provided for a fee, with the exact cost depending on the product you choose, usually around $50 to $100. Once you place a formal order, the sample cost can be deducted from the order total.
We receive many sample requests from customers daily. Offering free samples to everyone would result in significant expenses, so we hope you understand our position
The warehouse workers will choose the appropriate packaging method. For small artificial plants, they will usually use foam wrap and then pack them in cartons. For large plants, they will be packed in wooden frames.
In stock products we can usually ship immediately on the day we receive the sample fee.
