Artificial plants flame-retardant?
The price of flame-retardant products is much higher than that of ordinary products. Usually, the products we produce are non-flame-retardant ones. Of course, we can also produce flame-retardant products for you, but a certain minimum order quantity needs to be met. Please contact us if you have such a need.
Can artificial plants be used outdoors?
Products for outdoor use are usually added with anti-UV materials, which can ensure that they won't fade within 3 to 5 years. Ordinary products can also be used outdoors, but their service lives may vary due to different environments. For example, situations like rain and sun exposure will accelerate the fading and aging of the products.
1. You can use a damp cloth to gently wipe off the dust. It's not recommended to use detergents, as they may cause the products to fade. 2. If your artificial plants have a large number of leaves and it would be a huge workload to wipe each leaf, you can try using the cool air setting of a hair dryer to blow the dust away along the direction of the leaves. 3. If your artificial plants are easy to move, you can rinse them with water.

If you already have a shipping agent, we will deliver the goods to their designated warehouse.
4.Once the quantity and delivery address are confirmed, we will provide a quotation.
5.For orders under $2000, full payment is required. For orders over $2000, a 30% deposit is needed, and production will begin. The remaining balance should be paid before shipping. Once the payment is complete, just wait for your goods to arrive.

Our samples are sent by express, FEDEX or DHL’s official channels by default. Therefore, the safe and fast delivery of samples can be ensured.
Samples are provided for a fee, with the exact cost depending on the product you choose, usually around $50 to $100. Once you place a formal order, the sample cost can be deducted from the order total.
We receive many sample requests from customers daily. Offering free samples to everyone would result in significant expenses, so we hope you understand our position
The warehouse workers will choose the appropriate packaging method. For small artificial plants, they will usually use foam wrap and then pack them in cartons. For large plants, they will be packed in wooden frames.
